New Healthcare Guidlines published by the
National Institute for Health and Clinical Excellence for the

should form the basis of atopic eczema management and should always

Allergic contact dermatitis

It could be said that it

Skin Care Advice

Other types Eczema
Atopic eczema
This is the most common form of dermatitis, affecting up to one in five school age children and one in twelve adults. It usually starts in childhood and clears by the mid teens in 70% of children. A similar condition, non-atopic eczema is less likely to persist.
Whats to blame?
Overreaction of the immune system to triggers like house dust mites, feathers, pet fur and pollens.
